What is powder coating?
Powder coating is an external finish option for many products, typically made out of metal. The coating is applied electrostatically with dry powder then cured with heat to create a solid imperturbable finish. Powder coating finishes are tougher than traditional liquid paint, they can be thicker and more uniform without having runs or sagging after the cure time. Emitting nearly zero volatile organic compounds (VOC), powder coating is also an eco-friendly option.
